Free Bread maker and Bassinet

As we've de-cluttered our home in preparation for our move I have some items that I would like to get rid of for the sake of downsizing into a small apartment. I have a Breadman bread machine that is in working condition but too large to keep and a blue bassinet that our little guy has grown out of already! If you are interested give me a call or send me an e-mail! Pick up ASAP would be great since we load our truck this weekend.

Garage Sale Season!

I stumbled across this add on Craigslist for a HUGE sale through an organization called Multiples Connection of Minnesota. There are over 75 sellers and the sale is held at Maple Grove Jr High off of 694 and Hemlock. It's being held this Saturday 4/30,has a $1 admission, and goes from 10:00am - 1:00pm. It sounds like a big crowd of people go and so they are asking that you not bring children.
I plan on stopping by when it starts so e-mail me if you want a partner to fight the crowds with you, my pregnant belly is an advantage in this case.

Hi Everyone,

I am in the middle of a HUGE clean out of my house and am planning to make a very large donation to Goodwill in the next couple of days. Before I drop everything off, I thought I would see if anyone is interested in a few items.

Great Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Recipe

Some of you may be familiar with Cafe Rio or Costa Vida.  They are sort of a big deal in AZ and Utah as well as a couple other states. Anyway they make a fabulous Sweet Pork and I tried the recipe the other night and it was SUPER good. I'm including the link to the blog where I found the recipe that includes the pork recipe, cilantro lime rice, black beans, and the cilantro lime ranch (delish!). I will disclose though that I think the rice recipe is a little off ( I thought I messed it up the first time and so I tried a second time only to get the same result. The liquid to rice ratio is off)
If you get a chance to try it, it's really yummy and is great to feed a crowd as you can do most of the preparation early.....

Groupon for Pasta Zola & a Playdate...?

Groupon has a great deal for Pasta Zola- Spend $6 and get $12 worth of food. From what I can tell Pasta Zola is an independently owned restaurant similar to Noodles & Co. The catch is it's in the Eden Prairie Center Mall, I guess it's not free standing. BUT, Eden Prairie Mall does have a great soft play area for little ones and this potentially could make a fun play date with a friend, and an inexpensive lunch as well. Another Crowdcut deal - Laser Hair removal!

Ok so I know I have been posting like crazy, sorry! But this is a GREAT deal! First off I do know a thing or two about skin care  I have a background in Aesthetics, so I'm somewhat familiar.
Crowdcut is offering up to 89% off laser hair removal, some options are
$50 for Three upper lip sessions
$75 for Three bikini line sessions
$75 for Three underarm sessions
Here's the catch- it's a great deal assuming the area you want done is small and the coloring of the hair is light. Lip is usually a safe bet because the hair in the area is already pretty light and thin. Underarm is ideally the best value on this in my eyes. It's a considerably small area (for most) and the hair is probably the most annoying to deal with. Also the thought of never having to shave my underarms again is just plan beautiful.
The other thing to realize about hair removal is it's done at all three stages of follicle growth which means you should expect at least a 1 to 2 month gap in between sessions. But it could require an additional session  most likely no more than 4, and that would be for darker hair and sometimes it just depends on your ethnicity. 4 sessions are more likely in an underarm or bikini area.
And finally this is being done at a reputable facility not just any spa. I personally would only have this done in a medical spa, or even a plastic surgeons office who has a medical esthetician on staff would be fine.
